Foundation Enrollment
Foundation Enrollment is an easy way to support the SECO Energy Foundation every month. Your bill is automatically rounded up to the next whole dollar, and the difference is donated to the Foundation. For example, if your monthly bill is $87.45, it would round up to $88.00 — a donation of $0.55.
These small amounts add up to make a big impact, helping to fund programs and services that strengthen the communities we serve.
How It Works
- Your monthly bill is rounded up to the next dollar
- The rounded-up amount (less than $1) is donated to the SECO Energy Foundation
- Donations are combined to support community needs and initiatives

All members are automatically enrolled as part of the Foundation program. If you previously opted out of Foundation enrollment, click here to re-enroll your account(s).
How to Opt Out
Participation is voluntary, and you can opt out at any time using one of the options below:
- By Phone: Call SECO Energy Member Services and request to opt out of Foundation Enrollment.
- In Writing: Email or mail your request to Member Services. Your opt-out will be processed as quickly as possible.

Foundation Enrollment Query
The SECO Energy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported by tax-deductible contributions. The Foundation funds charitable programs that strengthen the communities SECO Energy serves, including education and STEM initiatives, public safety programs, and veterans’ support.
The Foundation focuses on helping residents in need across SECO Energy’s seven-county service area: Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Levy, Marion, Pasco, and Sumter counties.
