Ways to pay your SECO electric bill

SECO Energy has a variety of ways you can use to pay your electric bill:

Pay automatically by Bank Draft, an electronic transfer from your bank account. (A copy of the bill can be sent to you by email or US mail.)
Pay Online from your bank account using ebillxpress. Please tell me more about ebillxpress.
Pay by Credit or Debit card via the Speedpay service, using your telephone or online.
