SECO Energy offers a variety of ways for you to pay your electric bill.

SmartHub
Pay Online (via SmartHub)

With SmartHub, you can pay from your web-connected computer or a smartphone.

Register with SmartHub

Register online for a SECO Energy SmartHub account to receive your bill electronically, pay your bill by credit/debit card or electronic check, enroll in automatic bank draft, compare usage by the month or year, plot temperatures against your usage, set energy markers, opt out of paper billing, establish communication preferences, change your mailing address, update your phone number, and more.

SmartHub "PayNow"

No registration is required. Use your billing account number and last name/business name to make a one-time payment online by manually entering your debit/credit card or checking account. (Note: This option does not save your banking or debit/credit card information on SmartHub's secure database).

Pre-Pay (via MyWay PrePay)

Sign up for the MyWay Prepay program and you will pay for your energy before you use it, much like how prepaid phones work, or just as you pay to put gasoline in your car before you drive in it. You do not have to pay a deposit and you will be able to pay as much or as little as you wish (there is no minimum energy purchase required) using any of the payment options listed on this page. MyWay Prepay members can also stay ahead of their energy usage by registering to view their account online (via SmartHub). Call SECO at 352-793-3801 for more details. Sign up by bringing in or sending us a completed MyWay Prepay election form (two pages). There is also a Spanish version avaiable.

Pay by Telephone (877-371-9382)

Call this automated phone system to pay your electric bill by using your checking/savings account or your debit/credit card. Please be ready with your account numbers and the last four digits of your social security number (or your secret four-digit pin number, if you have set this up via this system in the past).

Pay in Person

Walk in or drive-up locations are available for your convenience:
• SECO Energy Customer Service Centers are open Mondays - Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays) with a 24-hour dropbox location. Here you can pay by check, cash, or money order (or via credit cards at service centers with kiosks).
• Fidelity Express is a full-service bill payment company that provides walk-in bill payment services for SECO and other companies. They have many locations across the Southeast United States. Learn more and find the closest payment location by visiting the Fidelity Express website.

Pay by Kiosk

SECO Energy payment kiosks will allow you to pay by check, cash, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover). Note regarding cash payments at kiosks: Kiosks only accept paper and do not give change, so be sure to deposit the amount you wish to be credited to your account.
• 24-hour payment kiosks are installed outside our Customer Service Centers in Sumterville, Groveland and Ocala.
• Additional kiosks (available during business hours) are located inside our Customer Service Centers in Inverness and Eustis (Ardice Avenue location).
