Sign up for Bank Draft and never worry, or think about your electric bill again.

SECO's Bank Draft program allows members to arrange for energy bill payments to be made directly to SECO from the member's checking account. For your records, a copy of the regular statement is still sent each month indicating the amount of the bill. Then, on the "due date" appearing on the statement, the payment to SECO is made directly from the member's account. Bills are sent two weeks before they are due, allowing time for members to resolve any questions about the bill. You may choose to have your paper bill turned off and receive e-mail notification when your bill is ready to view.
Please continue to pay your utility bill until your billing statement reflects – "Bank Draft – Do not pay"
It's as easy as 1-2-3…

1. Click on ebillxpress
2. Enter your e-mail address and password
3. Click on "sign up for bank draft or service my account" in the menu selections.
