Pay by Credit or Debit card via the Speedpay service, online or by using your telephone.
Use the added convenience of paying with a debit or credit card. (Speedpay's "convenience fee" will be reflected on your Bank or Credit Card statement. SECO keeps none of this fee. The full fee is paid to Speedpay.)

SECO’s Bank Draft program allows members to arrange for energy bill payments to be made directly to SECO from the member’s checking account. For your records, a copy of the regular statement is still sent each month indicating the amount of the bill. Then, on the "due date" appearing on the statement, the payment to SECO is made directly from the member’s account. Bills are sent two weeks before they are due, allowing time for members to resolve any questions about the bill.
