Sandra (Sandi) Staton is the author of the award winning Nature's Reflections column which appears monthly in the Co-op’s member newsletter, the SECO News. Her photography is featured on this Website and in the Co-op's annual Florida Wildlife Calendar. Staton has 38 years of experience with the Co-op with 32 years in the communications and public relations field. She has expertise in the electric utility, marketing, advertising and communications industry. Her strengths are writing, photography and graphic design with award winning accomplishments in print, web, multimedia productions and for her wildlife photography which is her passion including Florida Wildlife booklet sales benefit angel fund the wildlife photos featured on this site.

Mrs. Staton is a Certified Cooperative Communicator, and is the Senior Corporate Communicator, Web Administrator & Community Outreach Coordinator at Sumter Electric Cooperative located in Central Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from Beacon University in Columbus, Georgia.

Selections from the award winning Nature's Reflections column in the SECO News have been published in a booklet. Sales benefit the SECO Angel Fund. Pick one up at any local SECO Energy Service Center for $5.95 plus tax. If you cannot come by, contact Sandi Staton to find out more about having one mailed to your home or office.
