Lead and direct employees to be responsive to customer needs

Taking care of the needs of thousands of customers, spread out over a 2,000 square mile service territory, is a job that requires the full attention of SECO’s management staff and employees. Each day is viewed as a new opportunity to excel on behalf of the Co-op’s membership and a team approach is the key to insuring customers are getting the very best efforts of all concerned.

SECO’s professional management group has two overriding tasks. The first is to make sure the Co-op remains responsive to the members and continues to improve the efficiency of its operations. The second is to do the strategic planning necessary to insure that the Co-op’s future, and the future forecast for our member/owners, remains bright.
