Always ready to listen and assist members with their service needs

One of the most important assets SECO Energy Co-op members have is the group of dedicated employees whose job is to keep the members’ level of service and satisfaction as high as it can possibly be. Many of our employees have undergone extensive training to prepare for careers in this industry. And, employees continue to participate in extended classes for specialized training in their respective areas of expertise.

Management and employees work shoulder to shoulder for the betterment of the Co-op and service to our customers. Whether it’s answering a call to restore service following a storm, helping a member determine how much energy an appliance uses, or assisting someone in the community, SECO employees are quick to answer the call for help. SECO employees also make good use of new technology and that translates into increased productivity at all levels. The Co-op is proud of its dedicated employees who share their time, talents and treasure to help their neighbors. You’ll find SECO and its employees are there in support of the community, proving service is truly our number one priority.
