Sandra (Sandi), a Certified Cooperative Communicator, is the Senior Corporate Communicator, Web Administrator & Community Outreach Coordinator at Sumter Electric Cooperative located in Central Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from Beacon University in Columbus, Georgia.
Staton has 35 years of experience with the Co-op with 28 years in the communications and public relations field. She has expertise in the electric utility, marketing, advertising and communications industry. Her strengths are writing, photography and graphic design with award winning accomplishments in print, web, multimedia productions and for her wildlife photography which is her passion.
She is a member of the International Webmasters’ Association, the HTML Writers’ Guild, the National Association of Photoshop Professionals and the National Cooperative Communicators Association. Mrs. Staton is also the author of the award winning Nature's Reflections book and column by that name which appears monthly in the Co-op’s member newsletter, the SECO News. |
